Tink is a sweet natured Black Mouth Cur and possible Belgian Malinois mix that is looking for her right fit. Tink originally came to us from a local county shelter where she has been surrendered while heavily pregnant. Less than a week later she gave birth in her foster come to six beautiful puppies. That was at the first of last year, and after being adopted she now finds herself back here at the shelter after not agreeing with a new smaller dog being brought into the family.

McGuire is a handsome speckled Cattle Dog mix that was born in foster care last January, making him just over a year old. He's the perfect medium sized dog right at 31 pounds! He enjoys the company of other dogs and will spend all day playing out in the yard with his canine friends. McGuire has grown up in the shelter setting so he is use to the faces he sees here everyday. Meeting strangers is foreign to him, so he takes a minute to come out of his shell when being introduced to someone he doesn't know.

Meredith is one of six speckled Cattle Dog mixes that were born in foster care. True to her breed, she has a natural instinct to nibble and herd, and would enjoy a home where she may get walked often . Meredith would do best in a home that understands her breed mix or at least a home that can provide her with enrichment such as a job to keep her busy. She would do well with another dog in the home but wouldn't be the best fit for young children, especially ones that are unfamiliar with a puppy.

Pepper is an almost two year old sweet shepherd mix girl that was adopted out from us as a puppy. She was recently returned because her adopter could no longer care for her due to their health. Now, Pepper is back in an unfamiliar place and trying to settle back in while looking for her new family. Pepper is trying her best to handle the stress of the shelter environment but desperately needs an understanding adopter to provide her a quiet and secure home.

Malaney knows he’s a handsome boy! He just turned a year old at the beginning of the year and is ready to celebrate by being in his forever home. Malaney was born in foster care and is still at the shelter with two of his siblings. Malaney spent a little time in an adoptive home, but needed more help with house and crate training, so he made his way back to us. Malaney does really well with other dogs and would be fine in a home with older children. He’s a sweet boy but has an active side with his Cattle Dog breed mix.
