Beautiful long haired white neutered male cat, likely older
and with a toe injury. Has been out for at least a few weeks and is very
emaciated but in otherwise good health. No microchip found, but definitely a
house cat and has had previous surgeries. Very friendly, and I think he
misses his people a lot.
