Orange cat with white chest, belly, and paws. Neutered male. Allen has been
chipped. He has some scars around his ears and also has a prior tail injury
causing him to only have half a tail. The remaining part of his tail is
paralyzed and he cannot move it. Allen is approximately 12lbs.
