This handsome face is Ben! He’s a beagle-ish mix that’s around two years old and a little under forty pounds. He’s living it up in foster care but needs a place to call his own! Ben is a playful guy with a need to be active. He enjoys going for long walks and running laps in his foster’s back yard. He’s not the greatest in the fetch department but would love to show off his volleyball skills. After he’s hard time to get his energy out, he loves curling up and watching a good Hallmark movie with his foster family. Ben has good manners and has house training almost down pat - which is an amazing accomplishment since he lived outside in his previous life. He does well with other dogs, older children, and is even “okay” with kitties! He’s not a barker, but loves the company of people and will whine if someone leaves the room, even if he isn’t alone. His foster family had nothing but good things to say about him and that he’s a wonderful dog!
