Big Red is a handsome and easy going Plott Hound mix that steals the heart of everyone he meets. He's a favorite among shelter staff and volunteers as he is affectionate and a perfect walking companion. Red is true to his breed as his can be vocal about his opinions, but also has a lazy side to him where he loves to spend the day curled up on some blankets. Red is looking for a home where he can be the only animal and one that is free of children. Red would benefit from a home that has experience with dogs and understands that there is an adjustment period for everyone involved. He would be a great family member in a mature house hold that is looking for a dog to play ball with in the back yard and then come in and be a couch potato.
