We promise that Cecily's permanent frown is just from her adorable underbite. Cecily was adopted out when she was a couple of months old but returned a year later when the other dog in the home turned on her resulting in a fight. She's just over a year old now and still has some puppy behaviors and would benefit from additional training. Cecily can sometimes be shy around strangers, but is generally a friendly girl. She would be best suited as the only dog in the home and one that doesn't have small children. Cecily would love a home where she can have a fresh start and learn what it's like to be a dog.
