Rosemary is a beautiful, bright and active three year old Beagle-y/Shepherd mix. Rosemary was recently returned to us because her environment wasn't ideal for her needs and she was never able to settle in. Going forward, a quiet, yet active household that is free of children would be needed. Her previous adopter said that Rosemary is very loyal to a select few, and we can definitely agree as she has shown that with a couple of the staff members that she's put her trust into. Rosemary enjoys going for walks and doing "zoomies." She's easily excited and would love an outlet for her energy such as someone committed to playtime or walks. On the other side of that, she is very obedient and will immediately sit and quiet down when she's asked to. She has excellent crate manners and knows to potty outside. She's also around forty five pounds, so she's the perfect size for someone looking for a medium sized companion. It was noted that she did not do well with other dogs or smaller animals as she has a prey drive, so she will need a home where she is the only animal and center of attention.
