About Tucker Wilshire

Tucker was found running scared in our parking lot by one of our volunteers. It took a team effort to corral him into one of a play yards as he was confused and didn't understand what was happening to him. After reviewing our camera footage, Tucker was dumped in our parking lot by his previous family.

Tucker has now became a part of our family and we're looking for a home that will show him endless love. Tucker has no reason to trust anyone, and yet he has opened up and shown his affectionate personality. He is still understandably timid at times, but has shown so much confidence in such a short period of time. He's even shown that he's a great car rider! He's gained six pounds in the couple of weeks that he's been here, making him 55 pounds, as well as been vaccinated and neutered. Tucker's a young guy, estimated to be around 1 year old. We think Tucker would do best in mature, low traffic home where he's able to settle in at his own pace. He would need a meet and greet with any potential canine siblings to see how they would get along. Once comfortable in his new home we hope to see Tucker continue to blossom into a playful pup. If you would like to meet him, please call us at (704) 784-7387.
